Shake what ya momma gave ya!

For the average Joe or Jane, Mondays SUCK! They come after Sundays and Saturdays and they bring work(after checking your Facebook account, your personal mails and giggling at random/cute spam emails in your work email inbox folder) < *wink wink / nudge nudge*

But here's the strange thing about vibes and their impact on your psyche: any day starts as you want it to. Replacing negative vibes with positive ones kinda starts to work, since practice makes perfect applies in this case as well.  

i.e.: ''Ugh! 5 more minutes *snooze*. Growl! Stewpid Monday! Work/same sh!t, different day"

The replacement starts with a hearty wake-up/breakfast and putting on the right music. Eye of the Tiger works just fine to pump up your volume and ''getta going".

Since I'm not a happy-go-camper, I tested it to see if the stuff ''works''. It does, it's a mindset thing and BOY! our minds are awesome.


In a nutshell: noise and silliness are key ingredients for starting Mondays on the right side of the sunshine.
